Welcome to Label Hues. Label Hues is a brand of Power Guard Industries Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Label Hues", "we", "us", "our"). "You" means the customer or visitor using our website.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our store is powered by Shopify.

1. Using Our Website

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract, or that you are using the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current and complete when placing an order or creating an account, and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to anyone else.

2. Products and Appearance

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. However, colours, prints and finishes may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device and lighting. Minor variation in shade, print placement, trims or finish is normal in apparel and is not a defect.

Measurements listed on our size chart are approximate and may vary slightly between pieces due to the nature of fabric and stitching.

Product descriptions, availability and prices may change at any time without prior notice. We may discontinue any product and may limit the quantity available to any person, address or region.

3. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and, for prepaid orders, receive your payment.

We may decline or cancel an order in cases including pricing or listing errors, stock unavailability, an unserviceable delivery address, inability to verify a COD order, or suspected fraudulent or bulk-resale activity. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will issue a full refund.

You confirm that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Domestic shipping is free. Any additional charges, such as an exchange fee, will be stated clearly before you pay them.
• The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation.
• Promotions and discounts are subject to their own terms. Where a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms apply to that promotion.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, festivals, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including the Label Hues name and logo, product photographs, designs, text, graphics and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to Power Guard Industries Private Limited and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or use our content, images or trademarks for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

7. Customer Reviews and Submissions

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit where practical.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and is not unlawful, obscene, defamatory or misleading. We may remove any content at our discretion and are not obliged to publish, keep or respond to submissions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website: for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse or defame our staff or other users; to transmit spam, viruses or malicious code; to collect other users' personal information; or to use scraping tools, bots or automated means to access the website or circumvent its security features.

Label Hues is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our website and services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Label Hues. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Label Hues, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from the products purchased.

11. Errors and Omissions

Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, offers, shipping charges, delivery timelines or availability. We may correct these and update or cancel affected orders at any time without prior notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website and your purchases.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana.
