Exchange Policy – Label Hues

At Label Hues, we strive to deliver products that you love. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with an easy exchange process.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

 

  • Request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product

  • Applicable in case of:

     

    • Size/Fitting issues

    • Product dissatisfaction

     

Important Conditions

To be eligible for exchange:

 

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Original invoice/bill must be available

 


⚠️ In the interest of hygiene, exchanges may be declined if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering (verified by our team).

 

Exchange Options

 

  • Size Exchange (subject to availability)

  • Product Exchange (T&C applied)

 

Exchange Charges

 

  • A ₹250 exchange fee is applicable

  • This covers pickup and re-delivery charges

  • Fee must be paid in advance

 

Pickup Policy

 

  • Pickup will be arranged once from our side

  • If the pickup attempt fails, the customer must self-ship the product

 

Exchange Processing

 

  • Exchange product will be shipped only after successful pickup and quality check

 

Pricing & Offers on Exchange

 

  • The exchanged product will be billed at the current selling price

  • Discounts, coupons, or offers from original order or other platforms will not be applicable

 

No Return / No Refund Policy

 

 

  • We do not offer returns or refunds

  • Only exchange requests are accepted
