Label Hues is a brand of Power Guard Industries Private Limited ("Label Hues", "we", "us", "our"). We operate this store and website, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.

• Directly from you, when you place an order, create an account, or contact us.
• Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our website.

• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition or restructuring.

Some of these providers may store or process information on servers located outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected to a comparable standard.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to marketing SMS or WhatsApp messages. You will still receive transactional messages about orders you have placed.

9. Children

Our Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
